medical aesthetics

At Canberra Glow Clinic, our medical aesthetic treatments are designed to enhance natural beauty, support skin health, and address a wide range of concerns through evidence-based, non-surgical procedures. Our goal is to deliver results that are subtle, personalised, and long-lasting, helping patients look and feel their best while maintaining safety and clinical integrity.

  • Our comprehensive range of treatments can address concerns including, but not limited to:

    • Facial volume & contouring: loss of volume, sagging, hollowing of cheeks, temples, jawline, and under-eye areas

    • Fine lines & wrinkles: expression lines, crow’s feet, forehead lines, frown lines, perioral lines

    • Skin laxity & ageing: sagging skin, crepiness, early signs of ageing

    • Hydration & skin health: dullness, dryness, loss of radiance, general skin rejuvenation

    • Prevention & maintenance: early signs of ageing, collagen preservation, overall skin quality

  • Due to relevant AHPRA & TGA regulations, we are unable to share information on certain medical aesthetic treatments. This can include:

    • Treatment information including products used

    • Pricing information

    • Before and Afters and examples of results

These details can be openly discussed during a consultation.

  • All medical aesthetic treatments carry some degree of risk. Potential side effects can include, but are not limited to:

    • Redness, swelling, or bruising

    • Temporary tenderness or discomfort at the treatment site

    • Mild flaking, dryness, or pigmentation changes

    • Rare complications such as infection, scarring, or allergic reactions

Our clinicians thoroughly assess each patient prior to treatment, discuss suitability, and provide personalised guidance to minimise risks. Safety, clinical expertise, and informed decision-making are central to every treatment plan.

  • Every treatment at Canberra Glow Clinic begins with a detailed consultation to discuss your concerns, goals, and medical history. This ensures a personalised plan that addresses your needs safely and effectively, with results that support your natural features and long-term skin health.

Rejuran

Rejuran is a regenerative skin treatment that uses polynucleotide (PN) technology derived from purified DNA fragments to stimulate skin repair, collagen production, and overall rejuvenation. Often described as a “skin booster,” Rejuran helps improve skin elasticity, hydration, texture, and tone, supporting a healthier, more youthful appearance from within. At Canberra Glow Clinic, Rejuran is personalised to each patient’s skin concerns and can be combined with other non-surgical treatments for enhanced results.

  • Rejuran is commonly used to improve:

    • Fine lines and early signs of ageing

    • Loss of skin elasticity

    • Uneven texture or roughness

    • Dullness and dryness

    • Acne scars and mild scarring

  • Rejuran is injected into the skin using fine needles in a series of micro-injections. Treatments are tailored to the area and patient’s specific skin needs.

  • A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment to maximise comfort. Most patients report mild discomfort during injections, which is generally well tolerated.

  • Mild redness, swelling, or pinpoint bruising may occur at injection sites but usually resolves within a few days. Most patients can resume normal activities immediately.

  • A series of treatments, typically 3–4 sessions spaced several weeks apart, is recommended for optimal results. Maintenance treatments may be advised depending on individual goals.

  • Initial improvements in hydration, texture, and radiance can often be seen within 1–2 weeks. Collagen production and skin rejuvenation continue gradually over several months.

  • All medical aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These may include, but are not limited to:

    • Redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the treatment site

    • Mild discomfort during or after treatment

    • Temporary dryness, flaking, or pigmentation changes

    • Rare complications such as infection, scarring, or allergic reaction

Individual results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, age, medical history, and adherence to post-treatment care. All treatments at Canberra Glow Clinic are performed by trained and experienced medical professionals, who will discuss suitability, risks, and expected outcomes during your consultation.

Patients are encouraged to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions carefully to minimise risks and support optimal results.
