Client Care & Booking Policies
We are dedicated to creating a welcoming, personalised experience for every client who visits our clinic. The following guidelines help us maintain the highest standard of care, safety, and service for everyone.
Appointments & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.
Deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to a future appointment when sufficient notice is provided within these timeframes.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. In some cases, rescheduling may be necessary, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Missed Appointments
If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance. Missed appointments without notice will result in the deposit being retained. Repeat missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Consultations & Treatment Suitability
Some treatments require a consultation prior to booking. This allows us to understand your goals and ensure the treatment is suitable for you. We’ll always provide honest, personalised recommendations based on your individual needs.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, treatments are non-refundable once performed. For prepaid treatments or packages, any conditions such as validity periods or transfer options will be clearly discussed with you.
Results & Expectations
Every client is unique, and results can vary. Some treatments may require a series of sessions to achieve the best outcome. We’ll guide you through what to expect and create a treatment plan tailored to you.
Medical Disclosure & Safety
Your safety is our priority. We ask that you share any relevant medical history, medications, allergies, or changes in your health so we can provide the safest and most appropriate care.
Age Requirement
Certain treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.
Clinic Environment
To maintain a calm and relaxing space for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment unaccompanied unless arranged in advance.
